Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn pieces with the tags still attached. Because every piece is cut to order, we exchange for a different size rather than refund.

Faulty pieces

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

What we cannot take back

• Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered
• Sale pieces and gift cards
• Anything returned after the 7-day window
